How is Matcha prepared?
🍃 Pour 2 to 5 g (up to 2 teaspoons) of matcha powder into a bowl.
💧 Add a small amount of hot water (about 2 ounces at 175°F/80°C) to the matcha powder.
🍵 Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until the matcha is frothy and lump-free.
😋 Pour the matcha into a cup and enjoy as is, or add water or milk for a lighter or creamier drink.
